This is the first time we buy an artificial Christmas tree. Because of Covid, our kids and grandkids are staying home this year. I couldn't see going to all that trouble with a huge live tree, stringing all those lights, etc. We decided to get a small artificial Christmas tree to put in our bay window. We decided on the Classic Blue Spruce. I am very happy with it and it is a great buy for the money. We got the pre lit which is so convenient. No stringing lights, Ugh! As easy as it was I did read the directions thru. It couldn't be easier. The only thing that can be time consuming is shaping the branches, depending on how fussy you are. I am fussy! I recommend shaping the first section once in stand before attaching second section. It took a total of 1 1/2 hours to put up the tree and shape. I'm sure there are fuller trees but if you spend the time it is easy to fluff and shape this tree so no gaps. It looks so nice that I think we will put this tree up every Christmas. My husband loves it because I did the whole thing myself.

I've always insisted on buying real trees each Christmas. But with prices steadily increasing over the past few years, my husband has been gently suggesting we consider an artificial tree. I finally succumbed... and I couldn't be happier!! This tree looks and feels so real. Throw in the pros of no watering, no mess, and the ability to put it up early and/or keep it up late, I LOVE it! I would definitely recommend!

I assembled the tree today, Friday, November 15th! All the clear lights light up! Love the gloves for assembling, the "on" "off" push button (fantastic idea), just the right height. Now for the ornaments, bells, and tree topper. Thank You Balsam Hill, Happy Holidays!!!

We bought our Balsam Hill tree in 2016. A year later half of the bulbs stopped working. They sent a replacement tree in 2018. It worked for two years and half of the bulbs AGAIN are NOT working. Their customer service is terrible. These trees are expensive and they should last more than two years! And the fact that we had two of them stop lighting is terrible. When we called customer service they told us we could not speak to a manager because they do not deal with customers and would not talk to us. What company has managers that don’t talk to their customers? We will never buy from this company again. We got two trees in four years and both broke within two years. These trees are NOT worth the money!! Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them. The fact is they have a product that is garbage and their customer service is terrible. We will take our business to a place that values their customers and products. I do not suggest buying anything from Balsam Hill.
