I was excited to add the skelly dog to my 12 ft skeleton display this Halloween. I initially passed it up earlier in the season due to the hefty price tag. Finally decided to purchase it and the eyes never worked. I even made a claim with the manufacturer and they sent me multiple parts to fix it and it still would not work. I had no choice but to return it for a refund. These items are too expensive to not work directly out of the box…quite disappointing. Hopefully they’ll improve it next year.

I purchased Skelly's dog during the April drop. Since Halloween was obviously months away, it was safely stored in our garage. Now six months later and well after the last refund date, we try to put this thing together. What a nightmare. Misaligned joints, spaces in the seams, and the final insult, the eyes do not work at all. After reading thru the reviews, seems like this is a common problem. I think Home Depot should recognize the poor construction and honor refunds.

People complain about this and that but I had no issues putting him together. Every screw lined up and tighten just right. I guess I am a pro as I have been putting way harder props together. He is Skelly's best friend and will look awesome standing next to him. People wanna complain about the size. lol. Well in real life. we have tiny dogs to great Dane! lol. HOME DEPOT WINS AGAIN WITH THIS PROP! Thank you for bring him out this year. LOVE HIM!

Completely Assembled; plugged it in and the two 'power button' led lights are blinking red. Eyes won't turn on; remote doesn't work. I completely disassembled it and checked all of the wiring connectors; everything is good. WHY DON'T YOU TELL US WHAT THE BLINKING LIGHTS MEAN?!? I've looked everywhere on the internet and this problem is not listed. I've had the 12-foot skeleton for more than 2 years with no issues. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
