I’ll admit, I was pretty skeptical about this line of LEGO sets. The price, the small model sizes, and all those stickers—none of it seemed worth it to me. I figured, what kind of experience could these little sets offer? So, I passed on them, assuming they were more for kids. But when the new, larger Lamborghini set (10337) was released, something sparked. Growing up in the '80s, I was obsessed with that iconic supercar. I wasn’t quite ready to splurge on the big set, but I thought, why not give the Speed Champions version a try?

So, I picked up my very first Speed Champion. With no high expectations, I started building it. But now, looking at the finished model in front of me, I have to give a round of applause to the designer (or team) behind this set. I’m honestly amazed at how well they captured the lines and curves of the original Lamborghini in such a small model. The construction is clever, especially the way the rear side of the car comes together with those intricate joints and bricks to create a smooth, seamless look. The “no studs on top” technique is brilliantly used here, giving the car a polished, almost non-LEGO appearance.

The only downside is that the white printed on transparent pieces doesn’t quite match the white bricks in saturation, which is something LEGO could improve. Also, I wish the windshield was packed separately—it’s a bit of a shame that mine came scratched, especially since I planned to display it.

Overall, this set offered a fantastic building experience that completely won me over. Now, I’m hooked on the Speed Champions line and can’t wait to collect more of these little masterpieces. For the price, they’re an absolute steal.

The clear background on the stickers really detract from my enjoyment of this set. I actually enjoy the challenge of placing stickers, and have a great system for doing so, where i mount the corner or edge of the decal to the end of a brick puller, and then hold that tool like a pencil. This allows me to very precisely place the decal. However, what i can’t work around is the little flecks of lint or dust that become stuck to the sticker. I can see them there, but try as i may, i’m unable to remove them, so now they’re permanently stuck under there, and really stand out since the decal background is clear and the car color is white! I attached a photo example. It would be much better to have used a color matched sticker or a darker car color.

Other than that, the model is really cool. Since the Countach is naturally has angular lines, it really translates well into LEGO brick form. And it makes a nice complement to the Sián too!

Great build for car enthusiasts and children alike. The build is fun and straightforward without being too difficult. As usual, the stickers are fiddly and a child might need help aligning them. With the minifig included, it does invite play. I'd give it a solid four on playability. The wheels roll smoothly and the top is easy on and easy off to place the driver. Some of these pieces are very small so take note of the age restriction. One point off on value for Lego and its rising costs. Walmart does price drops on these, and that's rare so I usually shop from the store or app for these. Overall, a good build with unique colors. Great for automobile and Lego fans young or old.

As a keen Lego collector and builder, I adore Lego and the experience that comes with it. Another incredible set, thanks Lego! This set perfectly captures my favourite car (the Lamborghini Countach), with intelligent design as well as a look-alike interior and exterior. This set was challenging with many stickers and fragile pieces, but overall, it is a great value product, being robust and stylish. I definitely would recommend it to a friend! The instructions were very clear and the advertising captured the car brilliantly so I knew what I was in for. Thanks so much team, look forward to more incredible designs.
