The wires are not nicely woven in the tree. The instructions say you can move it but I don't feel like that works because the plastic holders are kind of intact and I risk making it looser. The tree is pretty but I think proportions are a bit odd. It's so wide in the bottom and tops nice but taking pictures with it is so wierd. It looks like a backdrop where proportions to human doesn't make sense. If you sit it also looks wierd. My husband considered these an investment so we purchased it but i didn't expect to be so disappointed with such an expensive item. It also needs more lights especially because it comes with the fancy app (which also doesn't work consistently) and for the reason of making the lights look like projections I don't think this does its job.

The Vermont Spruce 9' Christmas Tree is beautiful but I couldn't connect the controller to the APP. I called and spoke to 3 different customer support technicians with no luck to connect the APP to the controller. I learned the APP was developed by a third party. I called again and asked to speak with the expert with knowledge on how to connect to the APP. I was put on hold and the technician went to find the expert. He was out of the office and wouldn't return until next week. The customer support technicians were polite but weren't properly trained. In the past, I haven't had much luck dealing with companies who didn't design their own APPS. This is another one. However, the few options you can select on the controller were fun but I wanted to develop a light show using this APP with my Govee lights. I just had to return the tree. 😔

I love my Vermont Whote Spruce tree! I bought it on sale at Christmas time and won't use it until next Christmas, but I set it up when it came to be sure all was good. It is a gorgeous tree, nice and full and realistic looking. The twinkly lights are amazing and I had no problems with the app. Love this tree! It is heavy to haul around, but definitely worth it!

I was reluctant to spend so much money on a tree but I really wanted a nice pretty tree that was realistic and would last for years to come. Finally after over a year of debating I pulled the trigger and bought the tree. I am so glad I did, the tree is realistic, pretty, and made well. I have faith that it will last and maintain the same beauty for years to come. It is a lot of money but it is worth the purchase! It does take a lot of fluffing to make it as pretty as the pictures on the website, you have to be willing to put in the time to get that gorgeous full tree.
