When it comes to speed champions sets Lego have been nailing it and this one is the best yet! This set faithfully reproduces the look and shape of the famed R34 GTR! From the front bumper to the iconic quad round tail lights, this set captures the essence of what makes the Skyline such a beautiful car. The 3 nitrous bottles and detailed interior add to the on screen accuracy. The printed fenders are a nice touch as stickers wouldn't have worked out as well. And what Lego or F&F fan doesn't want a Brian O'Connor minifigure, which looks pretty good...although the early pre production version had more detail.
The only gripe I have is with the clear blue "underglow" There's not enough pieces to complete the look unless you take them from the interior. This works out as most of the interior clear blue isn't all that visible anyway. With the light shining through them from behind the look is stunning!
Amazing set for the money, even with the $5.00 price increase.

I love this car 😁. I’ve always liked GTR’s and this is a brilliant rendition. It’s a must have, if you already have Dom’s Dodge Charger.
I’m surprise that no reviewer has mentioned the very obvious (and, thankfully, very rare for Lego) mistake in the instructions. Step 101 doesn’t show you how to fully complete the bonnet/hood. Yes, it is obvious what you do; but Lego are usually so good at showing you, step by step, how to assemble your model.
I have to agree with other reviewers; the stickers for the radiators are not designed for adult hands to apply. Sadly, I have ruined one of the stickers trying to get it correctly positioned 😕.
Also, I do think that, if it was played with the pieces fitted at stage 42 and 44 will fall off very easily, as they’re loosely held on by one stud.
Apart from those few gripes, I’m still really pleased Brian and his GTR are part of my collection 😁

oh my gosh, this is the set of all lego sets. the nissan skyline BNR34 GTR. ive been waiting for lego to release this for a long time!!! i love it. the build was jsut exiting as i built it more and more. and GOSH does it look good! i had bought one for my brother as well, and he loved it too! im a car enthusuast at 16 and i know my cars very well. so one of the best sets ill never regret buying. and this took 4 weeks to finnaly get my hands on too. a lot of people took this set off the shelves when it came out!

Fast ship out and order was received the next day. Seller sent photos before sending. Solid packaging. Item is very well protected by a hard double ply cardboard with layers of bubble wrap inside and out. Order arrived safely and no damages had occured during shipping. Legit Lego, brand new and sealed. Box is mint with no creases or dents. Perfect as I will be giving this out to someone as a birthday gift. Salamat po at sa uulitin!
