Upon receiving the package, I noticed that the Echo wasnt covered in anything to protect it. It was in the box with bubble wrap seperating it from the charger. Not happy with the weight of the product that it was delivered in such a manner. The Echo had no external flaws it was scratchless and smooth. However the device wasnt even reset. I powered it up, and it said can not connect to network please check your alexa app. I had to put her in set up mode myself. Then she said my device wasnt registered and wouldnt work.

I received a a broken amazon echo from a online purchase. I tried to get it to work through the amazon echo help line, but it just would not connect to my WiFi.

I took it back to my local shop, the next day and they said that I would need to send a photo to their complaints department and explain what was wrong with the echo, which was completely stupid as it was not damaged but just not working. I've still not received a refund!' NOT HAPPY' I know my right this product is not fit for purpose!!!

Amazon Echo has come a long way from the two cans & a string we used to use as children. It's an amazing piece of "Star Trek" technology. When customers and/or students come to my studio, I often ask them, "What genre of music do you enjoy listening to?" Whether it's Country, Folk, Blues, Heavy Metal, Classical, Big Band, Soul, B & B, etc., they are blown away at the variety of music, news & overall information generated, seemingly magically out of the air, through the Amazon Echo, as well as quality & range of high quality sound. Basically, everyone who I introduce to my Amazon Echo's "Magical Mystery Tour" want to get one as soon as possible. I could have sold numerous units each time I talk about it. As I work in my Jewelry Studio, Amazon Echo is a major part of my daily routine. At the present time, I love listening to an assortment of Renaissance Music. There is nothing more enjoyable, the Designing & Creating one-of-a-kind pieces of Art & listening to High Quality, uninteruped music, from my Amazon Echo. At the present time, I own 3 units. One in my Jewelry Studio, another in my bedroom, as well as a third in my office. I'm thinking of replacing my sterio in the living room with an additional Amazon Echo. Sound quality & the plethora of music without commercials ruining the flow of the moment, is embraced with anticipation, as I travel on my daily journey, creating my own a pieces of magic, as I ride upon my Amazon Echo "Magical Mystery Tour" with Alexa!
